Homerton was
founded in 1983 with the strength of vision of two
educationists Mr. Kuldip Singh and Ms. Rajinder Kaur.
Post their 10 year stint in U.K. education circles both
returned to their home country committing themselves to
education development in India. The school had humble
beginnings with as few as 18 students but soon gained
recognition in Faridabad. Homerton today, is known as
the 1st school in Faridabad which had adopted
internationally acclaimed methods of teaching.
In 1986 and 1993, Homerton obtained its C.B.S.E
affiliation upto class 10th and 12th respectively. Their
strong belief in giving understanding based knowledge to
students proved instrumental in producing excellent board
examination results.
Homerton is built on 5 Acres of land in Sector – 21A.
Nestled in the greens, the students today enjoy an ideal
setting to aid their learning.
The journey is only getting better with each day. The
school today boasts of a strong well placed alma mater
and a fully equipped state of the art communication,
science, music and sports centre for the students. |
